Coupeville Historic Waterfront

The Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association is hosting its first annual Red Ticket Drawing.  This program is to encourage locals and visitors alike to do their holiday shopping in Coupeville, rewarding them with a red ticket for every $20 spent at participating business.  Tickets will be given out October 11 thru December 20th. On December 21 at 1pm on the steps of the Island County Historical Museum the drawing will take place; one lucky ticket holder will take home the $1,000 cash prize!  A person with the ticket must be present to win and over 18 years of age. Tickets are transferable!
