Practically Magic 2026

For 2026, CHWA is making big moves to create its annual Practically Magic even more engaging and fantastical! In addition to the Torchlight Parade, the Great Pumpkin Race, and Practical Magic movie nights, we will be hosting guided tours every Saturday from September 12 through October 24. During these tours, guests will be led deep into the lore of witchcraft and the spooky history of Coupeville’s Hollywood famous downtown waterfront.

Because of the scale and extended event dates, CHWA is turning to our community and looking for those interested in becoming a tour guide! Do you fancy yourself a witch? Maybe a whimsical ally to them? We also know many of you have even been lucky enough to be in Practical Magic itself! We need YOU!

Becoming a guide is not just reading a script, given a pat on the back, and off you go! No no no. These positions are a vital part of CHWA’s efforts to making 2026’s Practically Magic its best yet. For every tour you lead, you will be paid $100.00 (with the potential of leading up to three tours each day, or $300.00) as our appreciation for leaning into the characters and stories of what makes Practical Magic and Coupeville so special!
